When customers make On-line purchase, the items travel from the ECommerce physical store or warehouse to MBE PUDO point, where the customers collect the package from the designated PUDO location. 

For the customer, it’s as simple as selecting the nearest Pick- Up point at check out and going to collect the parcel the parcel once they received a notification via email or SMS. The customer controls the delivery of his parcel.

Our collections service allows your customers to pick up orders from one of our convenient hubs at a time that suits their schedule. This avoids missing deliveries or waiting at home all day.

Soon as we receive the parcel shipment from your facility, we immediately email your customer that their order is ready for collection at their chosen MBE site. This automated alert contains a QR collection code for fast pickup and contact details if any questions.

We hold parcels destined for customer collection for 2 weeks. If unclaimed after 14 days we return to shipper. Your customer gets email reminders at 7 days and 1 day before return so they remember to swing by at their convenience and grab their order.
